CREDIT CARD

Credit card is the easiest and most direct payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Diners Club, and JCB. SHIPPING METHODS

We offer tracked shipping, delivered through your local postal service. Packages are generally delivered in 5-10 days.

If the package is too large to be delivered at your desired address, it'll be sent to your nearest postal center and you'll receive a notice in the mailbox telling you where to pick it up.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping on all orders is a flat $15. Bulk orders are subject to additional shipping fees. If you have any questions regarding your order size, please feel free to contact us via the Contact tab.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Should an item you order become out of stock before we can ship it to you, we reserve the right to substitute that item with an item of equal value. If you are not satisfied with the substituted item, you can return it at our expense. Please contact us at through the Contact tab for further details.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you need to exchange/return any item(s) that you've purchased, please read the following:

  • Any exchanges/returns should be made within 14 days after receiving your order.
  • All goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • When returning/exchanging any item(s), please fill out this form. A return form must accompany any exchanged/returned good(s). It's important that you fill out the form as completely and correctly as possible. NOTE! Do not forget to include phone numbers so we can reach you during the day if there are any questions regarding the return shipment.
  • Shipping costs for any exchanged/returned items (that are not damaged or defective) are the responsibility of the buyer. If any product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered, Sam Dodds will cover the cost of additional shipping.
